Important: This course does not include the online portion of the HeartCode BLS course.

This is a Skills-Only class designed for individuals who have already completed the American Heart Association (AHA) HeartCode BLS online course. This course is recommended only if you’ve purchased and completed the online course elsewhere from an online vendor or a training site and now looking to complete the in person skills session in order to receive the AHA BLS card from an AHA training center.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Certificate of Completion: You must present a valid, non-expired certificate proving you have completed the AHA HeartCode BLS online course.
  • Timely Submission: After registering, you will receive a link to submit your completion certificate. This must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled skills session.

Class Guidelines

  1. Punctuality: Arriving late will result in denial of entry to the session.
  2. Preparation: Completion of the online course is mandatory before attending the in-person session.
  3. Participation: Active participation in group activities is required for successful completion.

What to Expect

  • Skills Practice and Testing: You will complete Parts 2 & 3 of the AHA HeartCode BLS course, including hands-on skills practice and testing.
  • Certification: Upon successful completion, you will receive your official AHA BLS Provider card on the same day. The card is valid for two years.

Important Notes

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: Once registration is complete, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.
  • Timely Submission is Crucial: Failure to submit your certificate 48 hours in advance or incomplete online coursework will result in forfeiture of your session.
