CPR for the Sake of Learning – Non-Certification Class
This particular session is not a certification class, and no certification product will be distributed. It is designed purely for the joy of learning and understanding CPR — not for compliance, job, or credentialing requirements.
If you need a certification for work or another purpose, please review our course descriptions carefully, check your employment paperwork, and register for the correct class with us accordingly.
In this class, you will learn the basic technique of CPR for adults, children, and infants.
This session does not provide medical or health advice. If you have questions about your own or a loved one’s health, please consult your healthcare provider or HMO before participating in any physical activity.
We’ll also talk about having faith at all levels — what it means to keep going when life tests our strength.
Expect an uplifting learning experience that reminds us how fragile and precious life truly is.
As advanced as smartphones may become, no one has yet unlocked the full mysteries of life, water, or even a leaf on a tree. CPR is not a magic fix — it is simply one of the many ways humans can help one another while waiting for help to arrive.
You’ll practice the physical act of performing CPR on a manikin — yes, there will be hands-on work! Don’t worry; this class is for the sake of learning, not testing.
We’ll also share real-life reflections — what our loved ones received in the hands of others, and why we teach the way we do. You’ll hear stories, music references, maybe even a few laughs as we explore how CPR education fits in today’s phone-filled world — and how you can help support the mission of Fast CPR.
As with all our classes, punctuality is essential.
This is not a “come whenever” activity. Just like in a real emergency — timing matters. Even our CPR manikins wouldn’t want to wait!
Please wear comfortable clothing, come ready to learn, and allocate about 30 minutes for the full experience.
Bring your curiosity, your good energy, and your respect for time — and we’ll make sure you leave inspired and informed.
